Amber is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Somatic Clinical Psychology at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, California. Amber will be graduating in December 2023. If you are looking for counseling/therapy in Lompoc and the Central Coast,
Amber will be opening a waitlist in 2024.
Amber is proud to offer counseling and therapy in Lompoc and the Central Coast. She is currently employed at a well-rooted and respected community mental health agency and serves children in the Lompoc school district as a marriage and family therapist trainee.
Amber holds undergraduate Communications and Psychology degrees from local Santa Barbara County institutions including Santa Barbara City College and Antioch University.
Amber is currently receiving specializations in trauma treatment including training in Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT), and Somatic Therapy while working towards licensure as an LMFT in Lompoc California, and the Central Coast.
Amber passionately believes that youth, adults, and elders in our community deserve fierce love, advocacy, and activism.
Amber has dedicated herself to service of vulnerable populations in our community including extensive experience supporting foster youth, people with disabilities/neurodivergence, and elders.
Amber is thrilled to offer counseling and therapy to youth, adults, and elders in the Lompoc and surrounding Central California communities.

What is Somatic Therapy?
Remember when we talked about connection?
Somatic therapy uses a combination of talk and movement to reconnect your brain and body.
Why Somatic Therapy?
When we are stressed, anxious, or have emotions they are not just in our head.
Sometimes unexplained or constant headaches, stomach pain, soreness can symptoms of emotional pain.
